Isabel throws the first thing she grabs - the first thing she grabs is a lamp.

He wasn't expecting that. But he manages to duck under it instead of getting clocked in the face by it.

She blinks as she realizes it's Cain. "...Is the apartment on fire!? Is it aliens!? Is it Lupus!?"

He pauses. He's wearing a red track suit.

"...We were going to go running."

"...you busted in here and woke me up with a WHISTLE so we could go running?!"
