I feel a little bad for some of these gangs. They don't seem to do any research before trying to intimidate people.

In Sakana's Courtyard. Cain is planting colorful shrubs around the Evil Tree. He also seems to have tied a large yellow ribbon around it. He's kinda staring at it like "Okay, maybe this will work" but he doesn't seem too hopeful.
